Donegal Copper Craft Returns & Workshop Policy

At Donegal Copper Craft, we want you to be happy with your order. We offer returns and cancellations under the following conditions:

Returns & Exchanges

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

  • Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. initials, custom designs, retirement pieces, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.

Conditions of Return:

  • Items must be in their original condition to be eligible for any refund.

  • Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

Postage

Postage costs are calculated after your order is placed, as pricing is based on weight and location. You will be contacted with postage options once your order is ready to dispatch.

Workshops

  • Deposits are required at time of booking to secure your place.

  • If you cancel or do not show up, your deposit is non-refundable.

  • Spaces are limited, so booking is essential.
